The entire team here at Dive Right In Scuba are sorry to inform our loyal customers and friends that we have made the hard decision to discontinue carrying the X-Deep line of SCUBA equipment. Of course, in keeping with our tradition of unparalleled customer service we will continue to honor our service obligations with respect to X-Deep products sold previous to this decision. In addition, we will readily and happily assist any customers currently awaiting backordered X-Deep equipment with making alternate product selections. We are currently in the process of removing all X-Deep products from our online store and will be discounting any remaining stock on hand in our warehouse.
As many of our loyal customers and followers have seen and experienced, there have been a great deal of ongoing struggles with the U.S. distributer for the X-Deep brand. At this point we have come to the tough decision that enough is enough and we will not continue to allow our amazing customers to suffer from what has been going on behind the scenes any further.
We at Dive Right In Scuba deeply apologize to our customers that truly enjoy using and owning products from the X-Deep line, as at their core remain to be products of the highest quality. Trust us when we say that this decision was not one that we have ever taken lightly, and it was made with the best interest of our customers and core values in mind.
